SUPPORT SUNNYBROOK'S COVID-19 RESEARCH
Sunnybrook has been at the global forefront of COVID-19, treating the first identified Canadian patient in January and, more recently, isolating the virus. Sunnybrook researchers are playing an integral role in a Canada-wide phase II trial that examines the use of existing therapeutics in treating COVID-19, as well as investigating how the virus spreads and how best to keep our health care workers safe.
In response to COVID-19 and the devastating impact it could have on our communities, the Liu Fu Yu Charity Foundation, is committing to match $100,000 in donations to Sunnybrook to advance the essential research that is needed to improve diagnostics, vaccines, and anti-virals.
Thank you for supporting Sunnybrook’s world-class researchers as they work tirelessly to find ways to combat this virus and, ultimately, keep us safe and healthy.
