• We’re all in this together
In Canada, 1.2 million youth struggle with mental health issues, however just one in five receives the care they need. The Family Navigation Project (FNP) is changing that by supporting youth and their families to get the right help they so critically need. Founded in 2013, FNP is a free phone and email service that pairs families in the Greater Toronto Area with clinically trained navigators to help guide them through the complex mental health and addiction system.
Connecting families to the right mental health and addiction resources is more important than ever. The Family Navigation Project relies entirely on philanthropic funding and with donor support, your contribution will help the FNP continue to be able to offer this life changing service to families.
