Many events are held every year to raise awareness and funds for Sunnybrook. These events can take on many forms ranging from a large concert held at the Air Canada Centre, to a gala evening with Lance Armstrong, to our annual Run For Research, to community events both large and small. Regardless of the size and scale, events raise funds in support of Sunnybrook while communicating the mission and importance of our Hospital to the community at large. Our events raised nearly $2 million in 2006/2007 alone.Thanks to the support of our sponsors, volunteers and participants, our events are a very successful element of our fundraising operations.
